Setleaks is an international fan community platform for movies and series. By using Setleaks, you agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully and only for content you are allowed to share.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent rights ownership, automate abusive activity, or use Setleaks to violate another person's rights.
Uploads and rights
You may only upload content that you own, created yourself, or have permission to publish. Do not upload film stills, screenshots, press photos, paparazzi material, leaked studio content, private images, or content copied from other websites or social platforms.
License to display your content
When you post content, you grant Setleaks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, watermark, transmit and make that content available as part of the service. You keep your ownership rights.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you post and for making sure that your posts do not violate copyright, privacy, personality, publicity, trademark, contract, platform or other legal rights.
Platform moderation
We may review, hide, remove, restrict, preserve or report content if it appears to violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, copyright, privacy, personality rights, safety rules or applicable law. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
No endorsement
Setleaks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by movie studios, streaming services, celebrities, rights holders or TMDB unless clearly stated.
TMDB
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. TMDB images and metadata remain subject to TMDB terms and third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Setleaks is provided as-is and may change, pause or remove features at any time. These Terms may be updated when the service changes or legal requirements change.
