Jason Statham

Jason Statham is an English actor. Born in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, he initially pursued a career as a diver for the British National Diving Team before transitioning into acting. Early life

Statham was born on 26 July 1967 to Eileen (Yates), a dancer, and Barry Statham, a street merchant and lounge singer. Prior to his acting career, he served as a diver on the British National Diving Team, finishing twelfth in the World Championships in 1992. He also worked as a fashion model and black market salesman.
